Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how NOURVY (“we”) processes personal data through this website and online orders, in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data controller
The data controller is NOURVY, based in Tanger, Maroc. For any question about your personal data, contact us at hello@nourvy.ma.
Data we collect
Orders and delivery: when you place an order, we collect the information you enter in the form (full name, phone number, city, delivery address, optional note). This is required to prepare, confirm, and deliver your order.
Cart: your cart contents may be stored locally in your browser (local storage) to improve your experience on the device you use.
Site language: we may use a technical cookie to remember your language choice (e.g. “NEXT_LOCALE”). It supports how the site works and is not used for advertising.
Contact: if you write to us or reach out (including email or contact / messaging links on the site), we process the content of your message and any details you provide.
Technical data: our servers and infrastructure may generate technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, errors) needed for security, troubleshooting, and operating the service.
In the current configuration of this site we do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing / audience analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Purposes of processing
We use your data to: process and track your orders; organise delivery; contact you about your order; respond to your requests; keep the site secure; meet legal and accounting obligations where applicable; and improve how the service works, only as far as necessary.
Legal bases
Processing relies in particular on: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps when you order; our legitimate interests in running and securing the site, in a way that respects your rights; your consent where the law requires it (e.g. certain non-essential communications, if we offer them); compliance with legal obligations when the law requires us to.
Recipients of the data
Your data may be shared, only as needed, with: delivery or logistics partners to ship your order; technical or hosting providers who host or maintain the site and related systems; competent authorities when the law requires it.
If you contact us through a third-party messaging app (e.g. WhatsApp), that provider also processes certain data under its own rules; please review their privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for example, to process and archive an order, handle a claim, or meet legal duties (accounting, disputes). Technical logs are kept for a limited period suited to security and operations. Cart data stored in your browser depends on your device and can be cleared in browser settings.
Transfers outside Morocco
Depending on hosting or tools used to run the site, some data may transit or be stored on infrastructure outside Morocco. Where that happens, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards under applicable law and limit transfers to what is strictly necessary.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, opposition where the law allows, and where applicable erasure or restriction of processing. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@nourvy.ma with your request and identity. We may ask for reasonable additional information to verify that the request comes from you.
Complaints to the CNDP
If you believe the processing of your personal data breaches applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP), the supervisory authority in Morocco. Information and contact: https://www.cndp.ma/
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, given the nature of the site and the risks. No system is completely risk-free.
Children
The site and our services are aimed at adults or people able to order with parental consent where relevant. We do not knowingly target children for marketing data collection.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Please review it from time to time.
