Use the site lawfully and reasonably - no hacking, abusive load, or automated scraping beyond normal browsing.

Copy, images, and product information belong to NOURVY or its partners; do not reuse them without written permission.

Placing an order asks us to prepare that product for you. Prices are in MAD; shipping is shown before you confirm.

Cash on delivery when we offer it, unless the site says otherwise.

At delivery, inspect the package with the courier (product, box, factory seal). If there is obvious shipping damage or a clear wrong item, say so before you pay cash on delivery so we can act with the carrier or under our satisfaction promise.

When you accept the parcel and pay cash on delivery (or delivery is otherwise completed), you confirm the product matches what you ordered in good external condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a product does not work for you, contact us within 30 days: we review every case under our Nourvy Satisfaction Promise (store credit or exchange where appropriate). This does not limit mandatory rights under Moroccan law where they apply.

30 days from delivery: if the formula does not work for you, write to us and we'll find a solution.

Excludes opened or used products (hygiene), exposure to heat or direct sunlight, and improper storage.
